Our client is currently working through a major HR Transformation Programme and requires. An experienced HR Manager to lead the team to a new HR org. model. Matrix reporting line to HR Director Europe & Country Head

Role responsibilities

Project lead for new HR operations model to self-service, shared services and COE model

Lead the build out of the new career framework, total rewards, benefits and incentives models

Drive implementation and steer the roll out of the change

Engage stakeholders at all levels and design& deliver communication plans across the teams

Strategic Business partner to a cross functional team

Coach people at all levels through organisational change

HR Manager duties to 500+ colleagues in varied lines of business

Employee relations and case management

Trusted advisor on all employment law and people policies & practices

Change expertise and project management leadership to working groups

 

Experience required

5 years + at senior HR level

Degree level/ Masters in related discipline /CIPD

Transformation programme experience, mergers, TUPE and Organisation Design

Excellent communications skills at all levels up to Exec.

Collaborator with strong influencing skills

Knowledge of COEs, Shared services and Reward Frameworks
