You will be responsible for working with the GBO Production Services head managing an organisation that is responsible for service delivery to all users of the platform, being recognised as a Trusted Advisor, building confidence in coordination/management of issues, anticipating future support requirements in an ever evolving business environment, and ensuring long term stability of the platform. You will be responsible for application environments in close partnership with infrastructure teams which meet or exceed business requirements in a robust, supportable, and cost efficient manner.

FinTech client looking for a Global Support Manager in Dublin City Centre

Responsibilities

- Working with the production services head to help build and maintain high support standards across the global support teams and to establish a culture with strong focus on customer service.
- help continue to foster continuous improvement culture
- Cooperate with Asian branch of business to establish truly global support model
- relationship management with key stakeholders
- manage delivery of support services
- POC for escalation issues for major incidents (24 x 7)
- govern platform releases to maintain deployment dependability
- responsible for adherance to Operational level agreements with clients
- oversee all platform engineering initiatives
- oversee application, data and reporting environment designs

About You

- Buy-side application support experience
- SQL and database (preferably Oracle) knowledge
- data warehousing experience
- ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure
- extensive production support experience
- familiarity with general infrastructure technologies (servers, databases etc.)
- ability to coordinate multiple tech teams
- experience with vendor management and partner management
- knowledge of ITIL
