Overview:

• The Corporate team's lawyers are consistently chosen to advise on the most significant corporate transactions involving Irish and international companies.
• Their M&A lawyers advise the firm's global client base on major M&A and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industry sectors, many with an international dimension.
• The team have advised on some of the most significant M&A transactions in recent years, representing some of the world's largest corporates, financial institutions and international private equity groups.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Corporate team currently has opportunities at junior and senior level for lawyers to join their award-winning Corporate practice.
• You will have experience of working on complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Experience gained with a reputable commercial firm in Ireland, London or Overseas.
• You will be analytical and detail focused with strong commercial awareness.
• You are a collaborative and engaged team player.
• You are a good communicator, highly credible, with excellent client facing skills.

On offer is a highly competitive salary (comparable with London rates) including bonus and relocation.
