About the Team & Business Line:

Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to GenAI, agentic AI workflows, and enterprise delivery practices, contributing to real-world use cases from ideation through execution.

This role is learning-focused and supportive, you will work under close guidance of senior team members and will not be accountable for ownership of solution design, architecture, or strategic decision-making, but will contribute meaningfully to analysis, development, and delivery activities.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

We are seeking a motivated AI Technical Intern to join the Artificial Intelligence team within the Transformation Office. This internship offers hands-on experience in developing and testing AI and automation solutions, with a focus on GenAI and agentic workflows.

The intern will support senior developers in delivering AI-enabled solutions, helping accelerate experimentation, prototyping, and delivery of transformation initiatives.

This role is supportive and learning-focused-the intern will work under close guidance of senior developers and will not be responsible for architecture, production deployment ownership, or complex system design, which are expected at senior levels, but will contribute to prototyping, development and testing.

• Assist in building and testing AI prototypes and Python-based components
• Support development of agentic AI workflows and GenAI use cases
• Help with data preparation, prompt engineering, and model testing
• Contribute to documentation, test cases, and validation of AI solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
• Assist with basic API integrations or frontend components where applicable
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks

Learning Outcomes / Exposure:

• Hands-on exposure to LLMs, GenAI, and agent-based AI systems
• Experience working in cloud-based AI environments (AWS/Azure exposure)
• Understanding of end-to-end AI lifecycle (prototype → test → deploy)
• Exposure to enterprise Agile delivery practices

Qualifications

About You:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• Basic programming knowledge in Python
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, machine learning fundamentals)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Exposure to LLMs, APIs, or prompt engineering
• Familiarity with Git and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Coursework or projects in AI/ML or data science
