Technology Junior Talent & Engagement Manager ENO
We Offer
The APAC Technology and Change organization is responsible for the engineering and support of technology solutions, implementation of change programs, and the associated change, design and data governance for the APAC Division. The department encompasses the APAC Private Banking, APAC Products and APAC Markets IT organizations, together with integrated cross-divisional capabilities for Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, Risk and Control, Program Management and Governance.

You will work in the APAC Technology & Change, Chief of Staff Function, and an energetic, ambitious and open environment. This role offers a broad exposure to a wide variety of both operational and strategic topics with the opportunity to solve challenging real world problems, support change initiatives across the team and interact with senior technologists/leaders. You will be responsible to support the team lead with various initiatives, particularly in, but not limited to, the following areas:
Junior Talent:
  • Partner closely with internal business partners to identify the needs for junior talent
  • Assist in building long-term junior talent strategies including sourcing & mapping junior talents at appropriate hiring timelines, developing junior talent development paths, program support
  • Engage with our marketing team to develop materials and social media plans to attract and engage talent, and drive awareness across various markets in APAC
  • Assist in collaboration with campuses, faculty members and relevant student communities that can influence the programs and build long-term relationships in the community
  • Lead the Technical Associate (TA) program management lifecycle (eg: new TAs onboarding; rotation; graduation; etc)
  • Support the TA training & development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain toolkits, presentation materials, guidelines and templates
Engineering Talent Development:
  • Administer and maintain the "Learning Ecosystem" as well as the Agile Engineering Practices initiatives rollout across our team.

Onboarding & Candidate Experience:
  • Drive the improvement of candidate experience & onboarding process as part of the recruitment process

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills to interact with all levels within the bank.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and an appetite for continuous learning. Excellent at gathering and organizing information, conducting research, analyzing data and preparing reports; high-level of proficiency in using Excel and Power Point is a must
  • Proficiency of collaboration tools like SharePoint and Confluence will be an advantage
  • Strong personal impact and resilience, and ability to influence and persuade business associates to gain support for major changes and key decisions
  • Skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration among team members, and can motivate teams to improve performance
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience. High potential graduates will also be considered. A Bachelor's degree in any of Engineering, Business, Science or Accounting disciplines. Master's/Post-grad degree would be advantageous but not essential
