ECD plays a critical role as it adds value to Bain's case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research solutioning across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.

Who you will work with

BCN Private Equity Group CoE at Bain & Company provides specialized support to global teams across the private equity value chain, enabling clients to make key investment decisions. Our expertise lies in addressing critical diligence questions through a range of products such as survey analytics, digital diagnostic, workforce analytics and disruption assessment. Our teams work in a fast-paced environment delivering consistent and impactful results at scale. In the last decade, we have witnessed an exponential growth, reaching >250 members today from ~10 members in 2013. We operate from 3 locations - 2 in India and 1 in Poland, and operate across all 3 regions (EMEA, Americas and APAC). BCN PEG provides an opportunity to solve challenging business problems in a dynamic set-up working closely with global Bain teams, acting as a thought-partner with daily deliverables.

What you'll do

Understand Users & Identify What to Build
Own 2-3 products/modules within the Survey Toolkit, develop deep understanding of Survey CoE workflows, gather and synthesise user feedback, and translate business problems into clear product requirements with defined success measures.

Own Requirements, Backlog & Prioritisation
Maintain the product backlog, write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritise features based on user impact and business value, and ensure the engineering squad always has clarity on what to build and why.

Drive Product Delivery
Work closely with developers, QA, designers and Data/AI specialists across the full Agile delivery lifecycle - sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives - while tracking progress and resolving blockers.

Drive Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Support rollout of new features, create user documentation, monitor adoption metrics and qualitative feedback, and bring learnings back to the broader Survey Toolkit team to ensure consistency across the portfolio.

Shape AI-Enabled Experiences
Identify opportunities for GenAI, agentic workflows and automation within the survey workflow, participate in testing AI-powered features, and develop sufficient technical fluency to make informed product trade-offs with engineering.

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, technology delivery or digital products
• Must have experience taking digital products or features from requirements through development and release - working directly with software development teams
• Background in consulting, enterprise tech, SaaS or fast-paced startup environments is beneficial
• Experience with analytics, research, survey products or professional services workflows is a plus but not required
