What you will be doing:

• Serve as the overall architecture leader and single point of accountability for the RPaaS product and solution architecture portfolio.
• Define and drive the long-term product architecture strategy, technology roadmap, and modernization initiatives.
• Provide architectural governance across product development, implementations, upgrades, and client programs.
• Ensure delivery excellence, risk mitigation, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, clients, and regional leadership to manage strategic initiatives and escalations.
• Lead architecture reviews, design standards, and technology best practices across multiple product teams.
• Support business growth through new product development, change requests, solution innovation, and client expansion opportunities.
• Improve resource planning, engineering efficiency, operational governance, and cross-functional team alignment.
• Drive AI adoption and emerging technology initiatives to enhance product capabilities and operational effectiveness.
