We offer:
  • Engage with Business/Change BAs and other IT Business Analysts to clarify and understand the requirements
  • Engage with relevant IT staff and/or Business to propose solutions
  • Provide BA estimations for any application changes
  • Produce properly structured system specification documents and use-cases for developers and testers
  • Organize and lead requirement walkthroughs for developers, designers, testers, architects etc. working on the relevant application
  • Resolve any queries from the delivery team arising out of requirements or the proposed solution
  • Review the test scenarios
  • Participate and partner with the Test team in the system testing and integration testing of any new changes
  • Ensure that Application knowledge base is always kept updated with any changes done
  • Be involved in any production issue / resolution that requires functional analysis, and participate in the L4 support on a rotational basis as needed

You Offer
You offer:
  • Proven business analysis experience on large projects, preferably within a Risk or Front Office environment
  • Understanding of market risk domain - risk measurement and regulatory capital calculations preferred
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills and decision-making attitude
  • Decent IT exposure - Knowledge of SQL, UML, and MS tools including Visio
  • Enterprise Architect knowledge is a bonus
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adapt style to ensure the project is successful
  • A self-starter who can proactively engage with peers and clients to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Able to take the lead during initiation phase of projects, working closely with Business and IT stakeholders
  • Good prioritization and time management skills
