  • An exciting opportunity to become a part of the wider Global Business Integrated (GBIS) organization and act as Global Process Advisory & Transformation Management Process Consultant. Global Business Integrated Services offers a suite of internal services with a defined charge back mechanism to all divisions and corporate functions within Credit Suisse.
  • The Global Process Advisory & Transformation Management drives Client's value creation and integration through delivery of the process oriented, comprehensive, consistent, creative and sustainable solutions across the bank and in a most efficient, effective, and predictable manner.
  • Our guides offer a wide range of opportunity identification methods and implementation capabilities to the internal clients. The team is located in India, Poland, Switzerland and Americas.
  • As the Business Process Consultant, Change Champion and Problem Solver, your duties would include:
  • Run comprehensive process diagnostic reviews identifying improvement potential among business functions globally. Identified improvements shall go beyond process changes and cover aspects of operating model and new age technology solutions
  • Apply homegrown toolkit to identify and recommend operating model improvements and cost optimization potential
  • Lead/contribute to projects covering following topics: process reengineering, process consolidation, organizational alignment, and pooling of competencies
  • Partner with wider GBIS platform in identification (automation assessment) and implementation of automation opportunities (e.g. RPA - Robotics Process Automations), Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Preparation of business cases, project planning, effort estimates and commercial aspects for various projects and engagements
  • Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the business processes of the organization. Make recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices
  • Work with data and data analytics tools, develop possible solutions and make a recommendation to the internal clients, develop capacity models, operations metrics to assess health of the business area and prepare for optimization

You Offer
  • You have experience in business process consultancy, process reengineering & organizational design
  • You have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in process reengineering
  • You have 10+ years of professional experience in SSC/BPO or business process consulting would be an asset
  • You have analytical skills, ability to conduct profitability and implementation/effort analysis
  • You have a client-focused attitude, strong communication skills in order to effectively interact with business partners and senior management, influencing skills
  • Proven change management skills
  • You have the ability to cooperate in international environment
  • You have high initiative and enthusiasm to drive improvements and quality culture
  • Preferred certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Tableau, iGrafx, Minitab skills
  • Past experience in implementation of RPA projects (i.e. discovery, assessment, oversight of implementation)
  • You have deep understanding of ML and AI, i.e. concepts, applications, solution delivery and limitations
  • Excellent MS Office skills and hands-on with other project management tools
