- Client Delight with Client Integration & Onboarding
- System Design & Technology Upgrades
- Integration and Onboarding of Vendor Developed Application into mainstream ECS India Application.
- Manage team's velocity/productivity/task allocation.
- New avenue features to ease Consumer Journey with ECS India
- Setting standards and best practice across teams; contributing towards technical strategy, methodology; design work and mentoring of juniors

4+ years of UX design and/or UI development experience
4+ years of RESTful application development
Understanding of usability principles
Strong collaboration, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong Architecture experience to head an Agile team of Developers
