• Good Com puter navigation skills
• Good keyboarding speed (Greater than 35 words per min)
• Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to escalate issues, if required
• Proven customer service skills

• Well organized and flexible with a sense of urgency approach
• Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
• Ability to work successfully in production/metrics driven environment

• Strong English skills that allow for reading, understanding and subsequent interpretation of the data
