Enterprise Functions Technology within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business is responsible for supporting Enterprise technology initiatives related to messaging & collaboration, risk technology, corporate systems data, and various internal systems and tools. About the Role
This is a level one 24*7 Production Support role, involving analysis and resolutions of Batch Job failures, performing root cause analysis, application knowledge building and transitioning, working across teams like Infra, DBA, Application to resolve the problems identified. Participation in meetings with stakeholders and driving the outage plan, performing recovery activities. Job Responsibilities
•Performs Capacity management or performance engineering activities.
•Implements changes to production for Infra and internal utilities
•Assists migration among deployment environments, upgrades, installation and patching Essential Qualifications
•Abinitio or Informatica or any other ETL tool knowledge
•Good SQL skills
•Exposure to ITIL concepts or certification is preferred
Production Support Experience either on Windows or Linux platforms.
•Ability to work in shifts 24*7*365
