Service & Operations Professional
• Ensure that all required information is available to accurately process requests for Account Service. Utilize various computer applications to identify & research issues and correspond with Advisor for further requirements.
•Collaborate with business partners across different sites on daily basis to process work.
• Strong understanding of product and its back-office functions, prior experience in Insurance & Annuities Operations is preferred Responsibilities
Should be able to meet the SLA and Goals laid by their respective Business Unit.
Ability to adapt to changing systems and processes quickly and accurately
• Collaborate with business partners across different sites on a daily basis to process work
• Drive LEAN through identification of process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions.
Project management skills.
Work as a bridge between the quality team and the Operations team, sharing RCA and best practices
Participate in Team meetings, huddles and brainstorming sessions to discuss process updates, operational issues and identify process improvement opportunities Required Qualifications
2-5 years' relevant experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.
Good working knowledge of computers, with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point and Excel).
Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, financial planning, etc would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of equity and fixed income securities.
Understanding of derivatives and related securities. Preferred Qualifications
Product-specific or financial services industry experience will be an added advantage.
Desired experience of 3-5 years in the field of brokerage and a Strong academic background/ orientation. About Our Company
