Job Description Support the Vendor Risk Assessment Team. Possess appropriate content knowledge for the company on physical security regulatory mandates as they relate to vendor due diligence. Prioritize, manage multiple tasks, effective case reporting and documentation. Perform security risk assessments based on vulnerability criteria to determine appropriate levels of protection and security necessary for sites, locations, and events.
Responsibilities Review vendor submitted documentation, such as SSAE16, SOC2, etc. Ensure the input into Archer is accurate and records are up-to-date. Connect with vendor contacts to complete reviews, create action plans and next steps, and coordinate with the line of business and the vendor to address any outstanding findings. Manage Physical Security Vendor mailbox. Document and monitor data using the Opera Tool.
erform security risk assessments based on vulnerability criteria to determine appropriate levels of protection and security necessary for third party sites that house Level 3 information and above. Represent Corporate Security on Vendor Risk Assessment meetings.
Accountable for monitoring alarms, dispatching officers and access control. Issue ID Badges, add special access, and administer access control tools for the security staff.
Required Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant experience
Requires vigilance to respond to a myriad of incidents; at the same time requires superior attention to detail skills.
Requires strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated capability for responding appropriately during emergency situations.
Proficient at PC applications to include Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook), Pacom Access Control, and FLIR CCTV software.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of DVTel, FLIR or similar system.
Knowledge of Access Control Systems and procedures.
Knowledge of Archer.
Knowledge of the Opera Tool.
