• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Provide post-implementation support, resolving functional and technical issues.
• Ensure documentation, best practices, and smooth knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with OTM modules (planning, execution, fleet management, freight settlement, etc.).
• Proven expertise in OTM Cloud implementations.
