Accounting & Reporting Consulting

Our Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC) practice is designed to partner with the finance function as an extension of your team. Our global talent pool has deep functional and technology

expertise for the finance function. We provide the technical know-how, skills, technology, and bandwidth that allow you to maneuver the challenges in real-time without adding additional

manpower costs within the organization. We bring in a rich understanding of multi-geographical accounting frameworks such as U.S. GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS and other country-specific regulations.

Sustainability & Climate Consulting

Our SCC practice is built on the rich practical experience of Sustain Plus that rolled- up into Uniqus as a part of our formation. We provide end-to-end services in the areas of ESG, Climate Action,

Role & Responsibilities Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a member of the team, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services, focusing on the application of accounting standards, assisting clients with financial reporting, and dealing with complex accounting issues. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager / Associate Director with project execution and management.

Responsibilities:

• Providetechnical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues andconduct research on accounting topics to prepare technical memos.
• Assistwith the implementation of new accounting standards.
• Assistwith financial reporting, including the preparation of financialstatements.
• Supportthe Manager / Associate Director to manage client relationships and act asa point of contact for clients.
• Participatein business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
• Stay upto date on developments in accounting standards and regulations.
• Managemultiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
• Workeffectively in a team.
• Identifyengagement and client service issues, and research and benchmark clientdata to industry data.

Requirements

We're looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing accounting and financial reporting support to clients. The incumbent will work for top global clients across a wide variety of markets and industry sectors.

• CA Qualified
• Demonstratea sound understanding of accounting concepts; stay informed ofprofessional standards; and effectively apply this knowledge to moderatelydifficult and/or complex client situations.
