In this role you will be responsible for development of projects that provide solutions to commodities risk, market data or downstream feed related business problems.
We are looking for candidates who are interested in innovation, since we need to renovate our market data system and do important optimizations in the Commodities risk system, where we intend to create microservices in DDD, focus on scalability and observability and build a better distributed caching framework based on NoSQL database.
The project will be suitable for learning the infrastructure and technology stack with the desired level of user interaction.
Global Commodities technology team has ~60 members, with 9 in Budapest.
Since the commodities business integrates with Fixed Income Division, we are looking forward to grow the team to support the technology stack renovation initiatives.
Our business clients are internal traders, strats, modelling team, controllers, Market Risk Department and Bank Resource Management.
We are in close relationship with other technology teams from Interest Rates Derivatives, MRD IT and Risk Infrastructure.
- Core Java development
- Analytical thinking, good problem solving and communication skills
- Experience in or thirst for python/functional programming
- Experience in distributed Java applications (SOA), Spring framework
- Operating in Linux/Unix environment
