eFront , a part of BlackRock's Aladdin Business, is the leading technology solution and data and analytics provider dedicated to covering the needs of alternative investment industry.

The eFront Insight Data Service (IDS) team provides world-class expertise in the collection and validation of investment data for investors in alternative assets. IDS streamlines the exchange of data between limited and general partners, allowing investors the continuous access to accurate and standardized data.

The Aladdin Business is comprised of 1,200+ professionals responsible for implementing and supporting our Aladdin clients, sales and marketing, and ensuring the Aladdin Community maximizes Aladdin products through engagement and education

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with a financial background that will be responsible for the relationship and execution of Insight's services for a large strategic client in Europe. The client improves lending capacity of financial intermediaries and stimulates bank lending to small and medium sized enterprises by providing guarantees that encourage financial intermediaries to increase lending volumes. Financial intermediaries are institutions specializing in financial transactions such as banks, insurance companies, investment banks, pension and mutual funds.

The key responsibilities include managing the client relationship, leading an investment data analyst team and supervising the delivery of the service to th e client.

The position will require the candidate to:

• Manage investment data analyst team of approximately 30 people

• Track quarterly data collection, input and validation status and progress to effectively handle the client's expectations and deliver value

• Foster and grow client relationship and identify growth and improvement opportunities

• Assure that the team members have the relevant education and training

• Build strong working partnership with Budapest BlackRock senior management

• Mentor, develop talent and manage performance of team members

• Manage the client's expectations and raise issues

• Are passionate about mentoring and guiding more junior colleagues

Experience and Skills Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Economics or related Accounting background)

• Strong accounting and finance experience (experience in SME financing is considered an advantage)

• Team management experience

• Deep sense of responsibility and ownership

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint & Excel (V-lookups, Macros)

• Full business level proficiency in English
