In this role, you will…

- Engage with clients to understand business questions, opportunities, or challenges they’re looking to analyse with data
- Identify required information sources, partner with data owners to access data (as required), query and ingest data (from Tableau / Business Objects / Access / Excel), clean and join data (as required), and develop reports to address client needs
- Quickly re-engage with clients to deliver reports, ensure questions were addressed, and rapidly iterate as needed
- Train up and become subject matter experts on our team’s Tableau dashboards, encouraging dashboard adoption with clients
- Partner with our Tableau Development team to create new dashboards where request volumes are high (i.e. be an advocate for automation)
- Support data governance (data source definitions, taxonomy) and provide quality assurance / testing for new data sources coming into our environment

About our team…

In 2020 HR Analytics has been raised as one of Morgan Stanley's Top 3 Strategic People Initiatives, and with a long list of clients hungry to engage, candidates considering the role should be ready to hit the ground running and operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-impact work environment.

We offer…

- A competitive compensation and benefits package including eligibility for an annual bonus
- A supportive and vibrant multinational environment
- Flexible working arrangements (core hours and opportunities to work from home)
- Professional development opportunities, including access to Morgan Stanley’s world-class internal trainings
- Opportunity to shape our Budapest office and take part in our future successes

For this role, you’ll need…

- High level of comfort and familiarity with data wrangling, cleaning, and manipulation / transformation
-Strength in Excel and familiarity with business objects or similar data distribution platforms
- High attention to detail and focus on cross-checking work independently before distributing
- Comfort connecting with global clients to understand needs / challenges and respond quickly (strong written, spoken English is required)
- Ability to problem solve independently in an often high-pressure, fast-paced environment
