Global Client Distribution Services overview:
Provides a single point of contact and is accountable for all aspects of our client's deliverables that support the ongoing client experience, including the provision of market leading reporting solutions, client invoicing and superior client service. Reporting and Distribution Services is the provider of account and fund information to all clients, custodian banks, trustee banks and consultants. Client Invoicing Services. Client/fund Reporting Services provide management and performance fee invoices for institutional separately managed account clients and retail relationships located in the Americas, EMEA and APAC (excluding Japan)

The role being recruited will drive and lead the Risk and Governance programs for Global Client Reporting and Invoicing.

Role Responsibility

  • Partner with global peers to implement a consistent, scalable and controllable operational platform through a risk lens.

  • Demonstrate risk awareness and focus on delivering an appropriate operational control framework around client deliverables including review and validation of monthly metrics including trend analysis and connecting to AUM and partnership with CX COO Team.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with functional Client Distribution Service Regional Heads to bring to life the risk framework and key areas of focus.

  • Lead improvements and collaborate with global to develop and new Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators to hold regional heads accountable for the quality and delivery of the product through a client lens to improve client service.

  • Visualization of key measures to tell the story and measure against production targets.

  • Develop a framework for commonalities to provide adequate Risk and Governance oversight includes CASS, SOX control reviews and OCC board meeting presentations.

  • Build strong internal and external relationships with Audit teams and facilitate the co-ordination of all audits and remediations activities.

  • Build and constantly develop existing knowledge of the Business Operations' functions and keep current on major activities being undertaken and challenges and successes that are being experienced.

  • Be an operational leader with vision within CX Production Platform, contributing to short and long-term organization planning and strategy as member of the management team.

  • Coordinating global activities (e.g. annual planning, critical communications materials) across functional teams Client Distribution Services, while partnering with CX COO team.

  • Opportunity to play a critical part in defining the strategy, engaging with corporate strategy on competitor analysis to drive growth and accelerating in digital and ongoing services.

  • Preparing client materials for client meetings across the regions.

  • Develop strong partnership with platform development teams to manage on roadmap and queue development across the Client Distribution Service Function.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience Financial Technology, Consulting or Buy side firm, with strong understanding of financial markets and investment management.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify risk areas while bringing data to life through visualization.

  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of operational processes and risk controls.

  • Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, sets priorities and can work independently as well as with a global management team

  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs; passionate about customer service

  • Tech first mentality and curiosity; experience solving problems through technology

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborate-first mentality

  • Experience with PowerPoint, visualization tools, with digital focus desirable

  • Experience with auditors and risk frameworks to develop strategy desirable
