We are currently looking for a
Bank Resource Management Valuation Controller
for our Budapest office

The Morgan Stanley Valuation Control is part of the Firm's Finance organization (Financial Control Group). The team that has been existing in Budapest since 2007 is an integrated and vital part of the global operation as they represent 60% of the entire global team.


Monthly independent valuation of the collateral and credit portfolio using external data sources and internal models
Working with derivatives such as forwards, options and swaps with variety of underliers in addition to customized structured deals
Preparing summaries on review results for senior finance executives and the trading desks
Enhancing and streamlining existing working processes
Understanding global financial markets, following up market movements and understanding impact on the business
Project work as required on new systems and functionality enhancements


Skills desired:

Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business related discipline and availability to work full time
Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience
Good understanding of financial markets and products and ability to learn new products
Ability to identify, analyze, condense, and articulate complicated ideas and findings clearly and succinctly
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
Fluency in English
