As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead and support the full spectrum of Human Resources activities while partnering closely with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees across the organization.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and offboarding.
- Lead compensation & benefits administration, annual salary reviews, and performance appraisal processes.
- Provide practical HR advice on employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, and employment legislation.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead employee engagement activities and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with regional stakeholders on HR projects and process improvements.
- Oversee HR operations, reporting, HRIS maintenance, and vendor management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or a fast-paced commercial environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong employment ordinances and HR best practices.
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves in a growing business environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting both operational and corporate employee populations is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
