APAC Cross Asset Client Strategy is a dedicated team that plays an instrumental role in ensuring our Asia Markets franchise focuses on driving revenue and returns with clients. The team is responsible for developing an in-depth and coordinated client agenda geared towards maximising revenue opportunities and returns by understanding client value drivers through optimal resource deployment


  • Work with a result-oriented team in a high intensity environment to support cross asset client initiatives to identity and capture all growth opportunities
  • Partner closely with Sales, Trading, and Research team as well as COOs, and infrastructure partners across regions and asset classes on different client initiatives and also MI development
  • Analyse external market surveys to identify incremental revenue opportunities based on assessable wallet and to enhance competitive positioning through systematic follow up on actions with sales team
  • Support strategic counterparty reviews that convey the importance of company's relationship with priority accounts globally and in Asia, promote transparency of services (e.g. coverage, resource allocation), and identify areas where we can improve to strengthen company commitment
  • Work with coverage across Corporate and Investment Bank to formulate a cohesive business and client strategy on focus accounts
  • Rationalise and institutionalise Asia client base through tiering review and offboarding exercises


  • Undergraduate degree required; Additional finance related qualifications helpful
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, self-reliant and able to work under pressure with can-do attitude
  • Strong ability to learn on the job, including technical product aspects across the asset class spectrum
  • Analytical and numerical mindset, attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong business acumen to be able to recognise and interpret commercial opportunities
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English is essential and business level Mandarin ideal); Confident and able to clearly articulate complex data to stakeholders
  • Professional banking and markets experience with basic product knowledge required; Prior Client Relationship Management experience preferred but not required
  • Strong excel and powerpoint skills required
