Drive sales activities to assist branches in delivering their insurance business

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales activities to assist branches in delivering their insurance business
  • Act as point of contact for all branches on insurance enquiries related to life, medical, A&H products
  • Perform joint call with relationship managers to review client portfolio and present insurance ideas to clients
  • Provide backup and support in business activities, i.e. seminars and promotion programs so to achieve insurance sales target
  • Constant update of product knowledge on insurance products to all branches
  • Provide training and coaching to frontline associates
  • Perform portfolio review and formulate insurance strategy for high networth clients. Able to offer tailored insurance planning advice and develop insurance proposal for sophisticated clients
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments on compliance, marketing, operations and systems issues

Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 5 years relevant sales experience in insurance products
  • Insurance qualifications with IIQE and MPF license
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putongua
  • Sales oriented personality, good interpersonal skill and customer orientation. Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
