Private Banking isinvolved with every facet of wealth management, including investments, wealthstructuring, philanthropy, liquidity and credit management, and tax and estateplanning. JobResponsibilities & Activities

· Focus onultra-high-net-worth (Principal Business) individuals and families, as well asinstitutions
· Manage allaspects of client relationship, develop and maintain long-term relationshipsthrough strong personal networks and contacts
· Build portfolioof clients using resources and expertise of JPMorgan's platforms, products,services, and networks
· Activelyinvolve in prospecting and acquiring new clients, cultivate prospect lists andactively convert them into clients and deepen relationships
· Understand eachclient's wealth objectives and investment requirements
· Work in closepartnership with Investors in proposing, delivering, and executing solutionsfor clients; as well as in identifying new business opportunities
· Maintainingclient relationships, answering clients' enquiries, day-to-day accountoperations
· Update clientsregularly on markets, portfolio performance, investments opportunities, risks
· May requireregular travel into coverage regions to foster relationships
· Work withjunior team members in preparing presentations and proposals, and send outvarious proposal items to clients on request
· Keep track ofClients, AUMs and Revenues using our internal systems; periodic calculation ofaccount performance
· Work togetherwith other teams in meeting all compliance, regulatory, risk management,operational, and due diligence requirements and compliance with internalpolicies
· Oversee privateclient relationships by providing strategic advice based on each client'swealth objectives. Provide access to specialists and manage clients' investmentportfolios
· Responsible forworking with other team members on client sponsorship / Know Your Client
· Supervise,coach, and train junior staffs to maximize their individual contribution to theteam as required

PersonalAttributes & Requirements

· Universitydegree holder and / or with 7+ years ofprofessional experience in a similar capacity
· Fluency inEnglish and Cantonese required, Mandarin a definite plus

· Strongpresentation skills, an excellent communicator with client facing experience adefinite advantage
· Strongunderstanding of the needs and sensitivities of clients (private individualsand families)
· Proven trackrecord on investment sales and / or relationship management performance
· Able to workunder minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment
· Detail-orientedand results-focused
· Strongknowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines
· Strong knowledgeof relevant financial markets and instruments
· Appropriatelocal regulatory qualification and licenses
