We are further enhancing our client servicing model in Wealth Management, where the Wealth Management Service Line (WMSL) team will support our clients together with their personal Client Advisor and local assistance team. As we steadily expand this model into our various locations, we are now looking for new colleagues in Hong Kong.

You will:
â€" independently deal with client requests & take client orders over the telephone
â€" apply your excellent knowledge of the Wealth Management service offering, processes & tools to resolve client requests on the spot, specially basic banking services, handling security transactions, providing information and arranging client meetings
â€" assist Client Advisors with specialist expertise, experience and enjoyment of your role as a WM Service Line Specialist by resolving most client requests immediately
â€" work closely with the Client Advisors and local assistance teams

Your team
You will be working in the Wealth Management Service Line team in Hong Kong. We offer a modern working environment and are an inspired, communicative and dynamic team that supports each other and works closely with client advisors, assistance teams & other internal stakeholders.

Your experience and skills
You have:
â€" many years of banking experience incl. front-office exposure, preferably in wealth management in a client-facing role
â€" strong banking and investment product knowledge, as well as proven trade execution skills for a broad range of investment products
â€" an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and can speak business fluent Cantonese and Mandarin (useful when interacting with clients)
â€" great attention to detail, even when under pressure
â€" Hong Kong license Type 1 for interacting with Wealth Management clients & executing trades

You are:
â€" a natural communicator, and especially at ease when talking to clients
â€" excited to work independently in a dynamic & demanding environment
â€" resilient, unconditionally reliable and responsible
â€" proficient in using IT systems & tools
