The Sales Specialist works with the Lead Salesperson to meet agreed sales and revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will generate detailed client / product knowledge, market knowledge and cultivate client relationships in order to generate sales opportunities. The Sales Specialist will work to develop deep understanding of the client need / product detail and Bank’s capabilities with the aim of meeting client satisfaction expectations. The Sales Specialist will be conversant relevant legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and operate accordingly. Together with the Lead Salesperson ensure liaison with existing clients. Researching and fostering new client opportunities.

The Relationship Manager is a primary point of contact for clients to access the entire suite of wealth management capabilities and solutions offered by Deutsche Bank IPB. This is achieved by working in close partnership with the Investment Manager in the day-to-day planning and servicing for the client. The individual is responsible for acquiring new clients - which are in line with the business proposition of the bank - and assets as well as grow existing business relationships, assuring a holistic and high-standard client experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Relationship Manager, you will have a key role to play in establishing strong client relationship. Being the trusted advisor to client; you will develop existing client relationships. We will look to you to leverage our ONE BANK ethos to promote and deliver best-in-class products and services from across our business, thereby providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to meet clients' investment objectives & risk appetite.

This will involve maintaining sound market intelligence to enable you to source suitable solutions as well as a deep understanding of clients in order to promote new products and services to them. 

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification (University degree or other qualifications)
  • Strong performers with proven track record in client acquisition, growing AUM and revenue.
  • Broad understanding of financial services and all asset classes.
  • Strong networking skills and an excellent ability to connect with people.
  • Minimum 3 years and 5 years banking experience for Associate and Assistant Vice President
  • Fluency in English and relevant local language.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • International mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural and fast paced environment.
  • Go getter attitude together with a customer focused mindset.
  • Ability to control risks. Cognizant and compliant with regulatory requirements and the Bank's policies.
