No personal target; Managing 40 - 50 frontline sales

Responsibilities

  • Drive all wealth management sales business with insurance focus at Private Client Services Department
  • Familiarize with all insurance products plus related selling process and keep abreast of updated market information and compliance requirement
  • Work with Product Development and Sales Training teams closely for the latest product and regulatory updates and align sales direction with the Company’s overall business strategy
  • Coach sales staff in order to enrich their product knowledge, selling process and regulatory requirement on insurance products from time to time
  • Accompany sales staff to attend client meetings when required
  • Work closely with Sales Support teams to ensure all sales staff strictly adhere to internal control procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Provide sales update to management on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Business or Economics
  • Qualified for SFC RA Type 1 &4 license and IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 & 5
  • Minimum 8 years’ sales experience in banking and financial industry ( mainly in insurance business ).
  • A good team player with leadership and influential skills
  • A fast learner and able to deliver consistent performance under pressure
  • Objective-oriented, responsible and flexible
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese ( both Cantonese & Putonghua ) and English
  • Practical PC knowledge, particularly Word and Excel
  • Basic skills in using financial information systems such as Bloomberg and MorningStar
