  • Plan and oversee digital channel development of Internet and Mobile Banking platform under digital business user team.
  • Overall management of digital projects through the whole development cycle on business proposal preparation, vendor selection, user requirement formation, project testing and execution management.
  • Lead digital channel projects on key areas, but not limited to, digital acquisition, channel accessibility, usage, payment, digital products application and channel security.
  • Work very closely with product owners in digitizing the product sale channels.
  • Manage channel development budget and channel revenue generation to meet business and channel P&L.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and cost management.
  • Manage the collaboration among different team of developers, vendors, partners and end users.
  • Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Enhance the UX and flow on the usage of respective digital channels.
  • Ensure the customer journey is seamless with customer centric design.
  • Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations.
  • Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.



  • University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce or related discipline.
  • At least 13 years of working experience in internet / mobile banking development and channel management in banking/finance industry
  • Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skill.
  • Strong stakeholders, developers and partners management skill.
  • Understand of regulatory guidelines and risk control.
  • Keep abreast of latest market trend and technology.
  • Experience in deploying sizable channel revamp with tracked result.
  • Experience in team/people management.
  • Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese.
  • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
