  • Review and ensure solid understanding of client requirements and compliance with Service Level Agreement / Service Level Standard.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to obtain feedback on service levels. Initiate service review at frequency as agreed with client.
  • Be the voice of the customer, take ownership for solutions.
  • Facilitate query handling to ensure timeliness and accuracy of responses.
  • Ensure effective and timely client communication on areas of client impact, including Bulletins and Operations queries, questionnaires, request for proposal
  • Initiate issue escalation to the relevant Unit Heads when necessary.
  • Maintain MIS on client AUC and activity for internal reporting/reference.

  • At least 5 years of relevant client services working experience in banking operations with 3 year experience of people management
  • Sound experience of banking operations and practices and familiar with the market trend and new product / system development of Hong Kong securities market
  • Be fully conversant with CCASS, SFC Rules, SFO and HKICL
  • Good leadership and management capabilities
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
  • Able to build an effective teamwork within the section and co-operate in a harmonious and productive manner with superiors
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving skills, negotiation techniques and presentation skill
  • Excellent communication skills and command in English and Chinese (both spoken & written)
