Vice President - Head of Sales Support

Lead and manage the Hong Kong Wealth Management (ie, Private Banking and Treasures Private Client) Sales Support team to provide necessary support to Front Office staff.
• Act as liaison between Front Office, KYC/AML team, Operations, Policies and Procedures specialists, Credit and other teams to drive sales support and onboarding / repaparing activities from end-to-end, facilitate issues resolution, and monitor and report progress.
• Support the KYC/AML team by leading the planning, analysis, direction, issues resolution, and progress reporting of KYC Assessment and Account Documentation initiatives.
• Ensure that Wealth Management Front Office staff comply with regulatory requirements, bank policies and procedures, Delegation of Authority, and internal security requirements relevant to the sales support activities.
• Work closely with the Wealth Management Platform and Projects team to provide end-user support, and project management input relating to sales support activities.
• Monitor and follow-up Wealth Management Front Office transactions and events in terms of review, completeness checks, approvals, and audit trails.
• Handle enquiries from Wealth Management Front Office staff regarding sales support related policies, procedures, operations, forms and technology solutions.
• Prepare account opening documentation and liaise with Front Office staff and other teams to support processing where required.
• Adhere to professional standards of behavior and conduct in dealing with customers and colleagues.
