Role Overview

  • Work directly with Finance, Operations, IT, Front Office, Credit, BRM, Legal, Compliance and global PMOs to deliver project outcomes
  • Opportunity to develop the communication, analytical and project management skills to liaise with a wide spectrum of stakeholders across the Firm
  • Work across multiple key projects across corporate including regulatory capital reporting, infrastructure changes, business expansion, regulatory compliance and new business / product initiatives.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Plan and coordinate projects
  • Translate high-level objectives and targets into a work plan and action items
  • Track the status of the projects and manage issues and risks
  • Work with project team members towards delivering the project objectives

Business Analysis

  • Analyse the current processes, financials, operating structure, vendors and infrastructure
  • Develop vision for the target operating model, processes and infrastructure
  • Prepare project deliverables which may include business requirements document, UAT test cases, data cleansing, RFP, mapping tables, financial models

Change Management

  • Leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders to drive change
  • Prepare presentations and business cases for communication or decision making
  • Facilitate agreement between multiple stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Have strong sense of responsibility and willing to go above and beyond expectations
  • Self-starter, proactive and have a positive attitude
  • Is a strong problem solver and communicator
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with key stakeholders within the firm
  • Able to multi-task, well-organized, work in a fast paced environment, and under pressure
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
