Vice President/Assistant Vice President, Loan Agency [Banking]
Role & responsibilities
- Executing the role of loan agent according to agreements of syndication loans and club deals, including agency tasks of loan/facility and securities, in a timely, accurate and effective manner
- Ensuring proper maintenance of loan records, coordinating loan documents and preparation of loan status reports
- Evaluating borrower’s and guarantor’s financial situation and identifying any risks at early stage
Requirements
- Degree holder in related disciplines in Finance, Economics or Business
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in loan agency work for syndicated loans and/or club deals
- Work independently and under pressure with tight timeline
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Good interpersonal and leadership skill
