We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vendor and Supplier Analyst.

Principal responsibilities
  • The Vendor and Service Management Administrator will enable the success of Digital and will work within the newly established Vendor and Service management function, providing support to administrating the vendor management processes
  • Work with the wider Vendor and Supplier Management team to implement a flexible and efficient third party on boarding process
  • Engage with Asia Pacific cross functional teams to educate and provide advice around the process
  • Act as a point of contact for all Digital Asia Pacific teams for any requests or queries
  • Support the development of Vendor and Supplier Management processes
  • Working closely with the Vendor and Supplier Managers to maintain a purchase order and invoice tracking tool to ensure a streamlined procurement process is in place
  • Develop excel trackers where needed
  • Support the process for all new purchase order requests for Digital
  • Active and engaged member of the Digital COO team
  • Supporting with monitoring Purchase Order consumption and required financial tasks at month end


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Experience in supplier management, finance, purchasing or procurement
  • Experience of operating effectively within a complex matrix environment
  • Experience working across cultures
  • Understanding of the Bank's and its strategy, structures and processes
  • Effective written and oral communication and influencing skills
  • Good time management, proven planning and prioritising skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders including suppliers
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience implementing new processes with key stakeholders
