VP, Credit Portfolio Senior Manager, Cards
Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Unsecured Risk Head to monitor and manage Personal Loans acquisition/portfolios performance aligning to the risk appetite
  • Lead various business, risk and system projects with close collaboration with other functions such as Product, Credit operations, Technology, etc.
  • Monitor acquisition/portfolio quality and support regulatory reporting with key commentary on portfolio trend highlights/key initiatives
  • Perform regular monitoring and validation on the performance of credit scorecards and bureau segmentation models. Formulate analytics - based portfolio management strategy to optimize risk-reward trade-off, track and perform effectiveness of the actions
  • Lead a team to perform control programs and UAT system testing to ensure relevant credit processes are in compliance with policy, regulatory and group requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Business or other related quantitative disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of risk management experience in Unsecured Lending Products with proven track record in team management
  • Highly numerate, good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others with leadership potential
  • Highly analytics and ability to proactively manage evolving challenges is a must
  • Highly numerate with sound knowledge in SAS programming, data mining and MS word/excel/access/PowerPoint
Education:
  • Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Business or other related quantitative disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of risk management experience in Cards and Unsecured Lending Products
  • Experience in credit scorecard and decision engine management
  • Highly numerate, good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others with leadership potential
  • Sound knowledge in SAS programming, and data mining
  • MS word / excel / access / power-point is a must
