VP/Associate, Credit Risk Management (Brokerage)

Job Description

• Perform risk assessment in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements;
• Responsible for credit risk work of client account opening, margin calls and limit applications;
• Optimize credit risk policies and monitor the compliance of the policies;
• Participant in UAT of trading platform or any other system migration related project in Risk Management department;
• Improve automation working process of credit report in the department;  
• Any ad hoc project or reports as assigned;
• Such other duties as shall be directed by your superiors from time to time.

Requirements

• University graduated with 4 -10 years' relevant brokerage credit risk working experience; 
• Major in Risk Management or related major is preferred;
• Familiar with securities brokerage business and trading system;
• UAT experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Familiar with VBA;
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skill;
• Self-motivated and a good team player.
