Our client (a Top-Tier insurance company), is currently now looking for high caliber candidate to join as Administrative Assistant. THE ROLE: To provide administrative service for general office and serve as receptionist.


Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management

  • Office maintenance for furniture, lighting, office automation, etc.
  • Arrange office cleaning including air-conditioning, carpet, etc.
  • Arrange pest control
  • Maintain fire alarm system and fire extinguishers
  • Arrange backup power supplies during power suspension
  • Plants & flower


Administration and Receptionist

  • Vendor management, renewal of service contracts and bill payment
  • Manage and allocate detailed phone bills, i.e. AT&T, calling cards, IDD, phone conference, mobile phones, Ipad SIM cards, etc.
  • Sort out incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain stationery supplies
  • Maintain pantry supplies
  • Keep petty cash
  • Work out and maintain expense budget for office administration and facilities
  • Answer phone calls and update phone list
  • Greet and register visitors





  • Fluent in English, university graduates preferred with over 5-year Office Administration experience
  • The candidate should be able to work independently and service-oriented.  She/He should be able to demonstrate good team spirit with pleasant personality.
  • Good communication skill, such as: written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Prefer from banking &/or insurance industries
  • Immediate available is requiried
