Our client is one of the top investment banks in Asia and currently looking for a strong Equity trading support to join their production support team.
Responsibilities
- Support all trading systems e.g. Fidessa, FIX connectivity, ULBridge, etc
- Carry out new client connection analysis, development, testing and implementation
- Provide production support by working with L1 support team and regional IT team
- Provide day-to-day support, working closely with traders & vendors to ensure isuues are resolved, or escalate to manager if needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5 year + work experience in ibank with exposure of equities trading support and Exchange and FIX connectivity and DMA
- Experience in Fidessa and UL Bridge FIX, etc system support, and hands on experience in front desk support
- Familiarity in Cash Equity market
- Solid understanding in FIX messaging protocol and able to conduct client testing
