The technical surveillance function within regional APAC CCS surveillance provides all manner of support to key partners in surveillance, compliance, and business across all APAC locations. There is an increasing pipeline of global and APAC Book-of-Work items and work activities in surveillance need to be handled by the function. Some examples include new businesses requiring surveillance; continual maintenance, evaluation, enhancement, migration of existing and new trade, electronic communications surveillance systems; and other projects such as global/regional governance, rule mapping, risk assessments. The AVP role is to support the VP in Hong Kong currently carrying out these and future additional duties as the technical surveillance function expands in the region.
