Job Summary
Opportunity to work with a global retail client setting up and managing the overall QA organization. Manage multi country roll outs providing functional, non-functional and automation services working with highly successful and motivated team. You will support consistent growth by bringing to the table your testing, delivery and business development skills. Exciting opportunity to work on retail, CRM, Salesforce, Cloud migration and other digital initiatives.
  • Attend project kick-off meeting and workshop for new projects
  • Prepare / review high-level strategy for project on-boarding of new projects
  • Review Project Test Strategy and Plan before reviewed with client TCOE Head
  • Review estimation, assumption, risks and dependencies before reviewed with Client TCOE Head
  • Participate in Project Meetings
  • Review Daily Status Report - cursory check
  • Work with Client TCOE Head to mitigate risks / issue / challenges reported by TLs
  • Review Test Summary Report before reviewed with CHANEL RTCOE Head
  • Enable TCOE QA teams to capture and report metrics
  • Final review of KPIs before shared with Client TCOE Head
  • Analyze trends and suggest improvements to QA Leads
  • Conduct, participate, review weekly connect with TCOE QA Leads, Client TCoE Head on project updates
  • Ensure TCoE delivery team implements the 30-60-90 day plan.
  • Work with Client TCoE Head on maturity roadmap and track progress
  • Drive transformation initiatives
  • Identify areas for shift left and shift right as part of early testing and maximize reusability
  • Due diligence of DEV and QA processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements
  • Participate in transformation, process standardization, and other meetings with DEV/BA/PM and UAT teams
  • Review / Prepare TCOE Playbook, Guideline, Standards and Templates
  • Partake in process standardization initiatives across Teams / Implement standardized process across Teams
  • Produce miscellaneous TCOE artifacts when needed
  • First level of escalation on TCoE
  • Discuss with Client TCOE head on core-flex resource and changes thereof
  • Extensive experience in establishing and managing test center of excellence
  • Extensive experience in test management
  • Experience managing team comprising of functional, non-functional and automation testing
  • Strong knowledge in retail, CRM, Salesforce, Mobile testing, Point of Sale
  • Strong experience in delivery
  • Experience in managing multi country roll outs
  • Experience in diriving digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience in Process Standardization
  • Strong communication and business development skills
  • Experience working in large and complex programs
  • Strong communication skills in English
