Teleservices Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the superiors and implement them in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies;
  • Participate in the formulation and implementation of business development plans to assess effectiveness;
  • Plan and manage daily business operations;
  • Organize, motivate, and train employees to achieve business and service metrics;
  • Actively implement quality services to enhance service quality and strive for business;
  • Handle customer complaints and strive to improve customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above (major in business administration or management or other relevant subjects), but can be individually considered based on relevant work experience;
  • Possess Securities and Insurance (General Insurance and Long Term Insurance) intermediary qualification;
  • At least 4-year working experience in financial institution, and at least 3-year experience in telephone service and telemarketing operation;
  • With Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication skills, and it is better to be able to speak other Chinese dialects;
  • Write in both Chinese and English;
  • Familiar with computer operation and software application skills.
