GENERAL OVERVIEW

To support Alter Domus product growth and vertical integration strategy, we are looking for an experienced Technical Systems Administrator to help implement and manage the APAC region of a global Real Estate platform.  The APAC region includes Australia, Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Mauritius.

The Technical Systems Administrator plays a leading role in supporting the growth of the Real Estate product offering throughout APAC. This role will be focused on managing the platform roadmap, availability, integration, and vendor automation systems. This will require working cross-functionally with teams (such as engineering, QA, business, operations and compliance) to improve technical capabilities and address varying requirements in a scalable manner. The Technical Systems Administrator will work on new features that will impact 15 of the 20 largest Real Estate fund managers in the world. New features introduce innovative business models, provide customers with exciting new types of content, and make products and services more accessible. This position will have a 12 to 18 month period working primarily in a regional implementation/rollout of an enhanced, Yardi-based real estate platform, then move into an ongoing management position for the APAC region of the platform.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The mission will include, and is not limited to:

 

•             Business requirements capturing and prioritization

•             Management and implementation of application and platform roadmap in alignment with Real Estate segment strategy and geo expansion plan

•             Management and implementation of Real Estate segment application landscape blueprint, including systems interfacing with Yardi

•             Participate in implementation partner selection, governance and quality control of implementation program, overarching program management, including risk and cost control

•             Participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methods which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps

•             Work and collaborate primarily with internal partners. From software engineering, UX/UI, and analytics, you will be fostering relationships with co-workers across the company to support their efforts while delivering products

•             Skilled meeting facilitator with superior project management and presentation abilities

•             Experience in dealing with senior management and executive level teams

•             Solid understanding of various system integrations and workflow dependencies

•             Willingness to work in a hands-on, high volume, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment

•             Regularly and systematically use key performance indicators (KPI's) and other data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making

•             Prepare and present periodic project dashboards for higher management and different stakeholders

•             Change management and training for IT and business users.

•             Excellent organization skills

 

YOUR PROFILE:

•             At least 7-10 years of experience with Yardi, including the implementation of Yardi Voyager and various add-ons

•             Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams

•             Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation

•             Experience managing project budgets and reporting

•             Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers

•             Keen Attention to detail

•             BS preferable in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

•             Ability to travel within Asia
