Technical Consultant (HRIS, Software)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL processes for our HRIS product – Links Integration Hubs, ensuring seamless data integration across various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, including performing code reviews and creating hotfixes as needed
• Ensure the highest levels of security and data protection across all aspects of the system
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the platform and its capabilities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Proven track record of product development or project implementation with HRIS products
• Familiar with HR domains and features in HRIS/ HCM/ HRMS is a MUST
• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration between various systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.
• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, API design, and microservices architecture
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
