Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop ETL processes for our HRIS product – Links Integration Hubs, ensuring seamless data integration across various platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, including performing code reviews and creating hotfixes as needed
Ensure the highest levels of security and data protection across all aspects of the system
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the platform and its capabilities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
Proven track record of product development or project implementation with HRIS products
Familiar with HR domains and features in HRIS/ HCM/ HRMS is a MUST
Understanding of ETL processes and data integration between various systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.
Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiar with RESTful APIs, API design, and microservices architecture
