Tech Assist, Manager (Team Lead)
We are looking for an energetic customer focussed Team Lead to join the technology division at our Hong Kong office. This customer facing role requires desktop support to be provided across all of our businesses via a designated Tech Assist walk up desk as well as aligned trade floor support, representing a modern-day change on how we drive technology support.
You will be supporting and leading a team of customer facing support individuals who will provide support on real-time IT infrastructure, and systems within a dealing room environment.
As a first point of contact for all our employees with a query around Technology, you and your team will have an immediate impact on the service to our business and be the face of technology. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, can think on your feet, have a flexible, can do and easy-going attitude coupled with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work. You will also be required to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Your leadership responsibilities will include, delivering exceptional customer service to the business and investing into relationships with our customers to better understand their needs. You will also be an inspirational leader, creating an inclusive environment of teamwork and respect, continuously looking for opportunities to learn, grow and deliver across your team
You will be a passionate technologist with strong communication, problem solving skills and experience working with both trade floor and business infrastructure and application technology; e.g. knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Office 2016, O365 and Active Directory). Our Tech Assist team is a global function, so your experience working with local and overseas team members will be valuable to your success..
We would like you to demonstrate an aptitude to use initiative and a proactive approach to deliver business outcomes. You will also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide novel ideas to solve problems. You'll lead from the front, a team who all have the willingness to own and be accountable for issues until resolved.
