Our client, a well-established Bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high-calibre candidate to join their Group:

Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional and appropriate advice in the best interests of customers and recommend products and services to enhance customer satisfaction during customer journey
  • To keep abreast of the new regulatory requirement and lead the affected units on the regulatory implication and action to be taken
  • To ensure the departmental policy and procedures are established and / or updated in compliance with all internal and external guidelines
  • To ensure product designs and procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably major in business or finance;
  • AHKIB or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage;
  • Preferably over 10 years' experience in banking sector and at least 5 years at supervisory level on compliance and complaint handling
  • In-depth knowledge in secured and unsecured lending, regulatory guidelines and banking policies
  • Experience in AML/CFT and familiar with regulatory requirements and guidelines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
