We are currently seeking for a confident, professional, and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist / Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Consulting Services, you will be responsible for full cycle engagement management of our consultants. This is a great opportunity to tap into the project consulting / human resources industry, while working as an integral part of the business development team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-

  • Understand client profiles and project/engagement requirements
  • Identify and source talented and appropriate consultants at all levels (predominantly middle-to-senior) for client engagements in various domains within financial services sector to ensure successful engagements
  • Consultant management activities, including, but not limited to:-
    • Talent acquisition
    • Initial screening
    • Onboarding discussions and support
    • Consultant feedback and appraisals
    • Re-deployment and retention
  • Participation in industry professional associations to increase our presence within the financial services and consulting communities
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and project delivery methodologies/toolkits

To be considered for this role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Manager you possess the following:-

  • University degree in business administration, finance and accounting, and IT related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional services firm, recruitment company, or global financial services organization
  • Strong understanding of front-to-back operations, IT, and project/change management functions within the financial services industry
  • Independent, excellent work ethics, and quick learner
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team driven environment
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to communicate with middle-to-senior level professionals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (overseas returnee is a plus)
  • Immediately available candidates will have an added advantage
