Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, virtualisation platforms, and network-related services.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure a stable and secure production environment.
• Perform system installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, backup, and recovery activities following established IT policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in infrastructure enhancement projects, system migrations, technology upgrades, documentation preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure support, system administration, or IT operations within a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualisation technologies, cloud platforms, backup solutions, or enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with users, vendors, and technical teams.
