Internal STRATEGY

Responsibilities:

  • As Internal Strategy Director, you will be working on a daily basis with Chief Strategy Office / Executive Director
  • Responsible for organising quarterly review assessments for both Insurance (i.e. business units and support functions) and incubations / wholly-owned subsidiaries (e.g. Technology and others); The process will include creating the reports, which will involve communicating with different business units, providing insight and guidance on specific data points as well as overall business strategy
  • In certain situations when further market data/analysis is valuable, the internal strategy department will also provide such research. Part of a small but core team for the organisation, your role within the internal strategy team will evolve through time, providing critical insight and decisions for both from a strategic and managerial perspective

Requirements:

  • With 4-6 years of work experience in corporate and management consulting, ideally in financial services or software product
  • Fluent Mandarin skills
  • Highly organised, data-driven to a fault
  • An exceptional communicator, able to be considered as an internal thought partner
  • An individual that constantly improves and operates with a growth mindset

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Responsibilities:

  • Part of a small team working directly with International's CEO and COO
  • Work on specific projects that involve brainstorming new business models for the application of new financial service licenses, or work with leading Internet companies and shareholders such as SoftBank Vision Fund in creating / migrating existing company products into new markets
  • Responsible for managing the full implementation process of a project, tracking and executing all the deliverables

Requirements:

  • With 4-6 years of work experience in corporate and management consulting, ideally in financial services or software product
  • Fluent in English and proficient Mandarin skills
  • A leader with strong communication skills, able to both converse with external parties and internal units
  • A self-starter, someone that has the ability to anticipate what is needed and execute accordingly
  • An individual that is able to constantly improve and operate with a growth mindset
