Sr. Executive - HR
Role Description
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle eg. performance management process, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and employee development etc.
  • Add value to the business processes and operations, and provide advices to managers on people matters.
  • Provide support in talent and performance management and retention by working closely with HR COE teams to drive business outcomes and implement related initiatives.
  • Build and foster trusted relationships with business leaders and associates to ensure human capital efforts are aligned to business strategies
  • Conduct data analytics and metrics to develop solutions to enhance the performance of people programmes and productivity optimization
  • Drive a high performance culture that is diverse and inclusive through best practices


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business Management or other related disciplines
  • Over 7 years' HR experience in heavily matrixed multinational companies within Technology domain
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and South China Employment law and relevant regulations
  • Excellent relationship management skills at all levels
  • Data analytics skills with experience on Tableau and design thinking preferred;
  • Strong in operation; resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks under fast paced environment
  • HRIS experience in SuccessFactors or Workday preferred
