We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Estates and Transactions Manager.

In this role, you will

  • Playing an integral role in the Estates Management and Transactions management activities for the Asia Pacific real estate portfolio
  • Integrate Estates Management and Transactions planning, processes and delivery with other Corporate Real Estates functions
  • Develop a strong understanding of portfolio metrics at the country and regional level and identify and prioritize areas for improvement
  • Contribute to and use forward looking management information and analysis to ensure proactive management portfolio and feed into strategic initiatives and metro plans
  • Act as a key relationship interface to Asia Pacific strategic providers for Global Portfolio Management, Regional Transaction Partners and Estates Management
  • Coordination of business and Corporate Real Estate functional approvals for all transactions that require regional or global approval
  • Develop and implement capital and operating budgets relevant to the Estates Management and Transactions element of the portfolio
  • Oversight of supplier partners, monitoring service performance across the region and addressing any underperformance to ensure no negative impact on the business

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification in real estate, ideally in a Property or Estates Management discipline.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a broad range of Estates Management and Transactions management activities and issues faced by large corporates. 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple real estate related projects with delivery of timely and quality results.
  • Demonstrated results in delivering successful risk management and control processes across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Supplier and stakeholder issues
  • Ability to prepare high level presentations and project summaries for senior executives
  • Strong collaboration and networking abilities to work effectively with colleagues and other departments within the bank
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively
